Shipping and Handling

Singapore Orders and Delivery:

For Singapore orders, products will be posted within 2 business days from the final confirmation of payment received (Paypal, cash, POSB etc). Personal delivery is also available.

A postage fee of S$1.00 for registered mail will be charged for delivery to a Singapore address.

International Orders:

International buyers are welcomed. A postage fee of S$3.00 will be charged for international delivery by registered mail. Please email for advice on shipping charges if you prefer another mode of delivery or for shipping discounts for multiple items. Customers are responsible for all charges, including but not limited to delivery charges and duties in connection with their purchase.

United States Orders and Delivery:

UPS Second Day
UPS Overnite

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Singapore orders:
No returns allowed.
 
International/ United States orders:
Returns must be made within 14 days after items is delivered to customer. Customer bears cost for return postage.
